Hey, me and a friend decided were gonna go to New England for fall foliage this autumn. We are both from Germany and we want to rent 2 bikes at Boston (Eaglerider). Our 10 day journey should go from Boston to Brunswick, Bar Harbor, Greenville, North Conway, Stowe, Londonderry, Boston. What are your recommendations on places to go and things to do or people to meet please post here and let me know. Thanks.

If you're going to Stowe, I suggest you ride through Smugglers Notch. Its short, twisty and has a nice parking spot at the top. Stowe is also next to the Ben and Jerry's factory, where they do tours, etc.

Ok, Smugglers Notch is on the list.
Any ideas about the route Bar Harbor --> Greenville ? What about scenic spots?

You can't really go wrong on back roads in Maine. There is nothing that special to see in Londonderry. My recommendation is to enter Massachusetts from Vermont in North Adams and take Route 2 (Mohawk Trail) all the way to Boston. The section from North Adams to Greenfield is very nice.
