My 950 has a high fender, not sure which one, but somehow last summer I wiped it down with some sort of cleaning agent that pretty much ruined the finish on it.

I'm trying to figure out which fender to buy to replace it, any opinions on a nice looking fender? I have an Acerbis Supermoto fender on my DR650, and it kind of sucks on that bike, but I'd like to see what it looks like on an LC8.

    My current setup:

i'm sure someone will correct me if i'm wrong but almost any KTM fender should work. all except the brand new '13's with the funky top. yours looks like an earlier model, pre-08

acerbis S/M... too small for my liking, made to fit a 18" wheel.

690E fender... fits a 21" wheel, fair radiator protection.

Have you considered using something like Plexus plastic cleaner /restorer? It's intended to restore the shine on untainted plastics, etc.

I will give that a shot before I swap anything out, one of my friends sell that Plexus I think.

That Acerbis fender does look a little small!

How about fork guards with the high fender? Something fit? Easily modified?

    Thanks
