Are the Flinders Rangers a South Aussie version of the Texas Rangers Trev?

It was a very grueling session of brainstorming & hard work, as you can see,

G'day Trev, I'm gonna put my hand up now. I should have myself a new set of wheels before then.

I'll do a FS, maybe S. (Depending on what time I can get off of work.)

If someone is looking to fill a bed in a cabin, I'll put my hand up.

Failing that I'll go for a dorm bed again.

    Cheers,

    Aaron.

Only six weeks to go people!! :clap

I've been asked about riding up to the Classic and whether anyone's organising a group ride. All I can suggest is that people begin contacting each other and work out something that fits, if that's what you want. As I normally do, I'll be available to carry stuff up there for you, but after next week I won't be in town too often but can always meet people somewhere. I'll be running around the day before picking up meat, salads, trophies etc so we can work something out. I will also be heading over to Kev's place (leafy Eastern suburbs) to collect beer etc so I can collect stuff from his place if you can get it to him.

Most food, fuel, booze and anything else can be purchased at the Village if you want. The prices are not too bad at all.

The 'Saturday night fee' will be $25 this year and will include more meat, snags, salads, breads, sauces etc, as well as the trophies. You will also be supplied with two stickers on arrival, as part of that. All profits go to the Childhood Cancer program we have aligned with.

The bus will be making trips to the Blinman Hotel for the pizza night on Friday and again, Dave and Doc will be seeking donations to the Charity for running that service.

If you want stubby holders, get in quick. Sol has ordered 100 and over half of them are spoken for already.....in 24 hrs. They look really good this year.....Sol and Pbee have done a great job with them.

Brewers Kev and Wayne will again be asking people attending Saturday night's festivities to drink their beers for free......I'll be selling Beroca Sunday morning. :freaky

A couple of us will be heading up the Wednesday before the Classic and will grab whatever firewood we can, mainly made up of railway sleepers from south of Parachilna. If you have room on your trailer/ute enroute to the Classic it would be appreciated if you could chuck some sleepers on board - it might be cool of a night time.

Let me know if there re any queries......am looking forward to catching up with everyone.
