I've spent the weekend up at the inlaws shack in Price, took the 530 up, and explored some of the single track up here. I'm getting more and more comfortable on the lighter bike and adjusting my riding style accordingly. Needless to say I'm shitting my pants with excitement, and am busting to get up there ASAP!

Just gotta give the bike an oil change and we'll be set to rock!

    Starting to pack my gear.
Thought I would put in a hand held UHF in just in case.
Do we have an agreed channel?

I use 40 on the way up there - lots of interesting info from truckies .....:evil but Dave told me about a channel that the cockies use around Blinman but I forget which one it is. Good to know out on the trails.....I carry my handheld too, just in case.

ok I'v got to take a big breath, swallow hard.

I' can't make it this year

the planets just aren't aligned enough.

as a respect can you cease talking about the whole thing, no pre trip buzz, no trip report, definately no photos, cancle the trophys, just talk quietly in small groups on the night and defiantely NO RACING through the bush !

    thx

sad but true ............look out next year ..........(Iam not kidding :D)

Hey Kipo, I guess that means everything you had planned for Saturday night got out and now Gasman's decided not to become the butt of your never ending jokes about him running out of fuel all the time.

Rely on me Adrian, we'll try and keep everything down to a dull roar.......and we'll be thinking of you all the time........pssst.....what was your name again??:lol3
