I've been away for the weekend with my youngest:
My daughter just bought her first motorcycle and wanted to go for a short ride. After riding through town, I asked "Had enough?" "Nope, let's keep going" Two hours later and running out of gas (I knew this was going to happen), she learned where her reserve lever is, stop and go city driving, riding in rain and twisties through the local State Park. Smiles didn't stop!

Last ride last night before she heads off to school this year. She'll only be an hour away, so maybe we can get som weekend riding in.

Don't get me wrong, I love my son...and we have rode motorcycles together for his entire live, but my daughter sure does have me twisted around her finger, and my grandaughter is ever worse.
keep them coming guys.
Dropped my daughter off at school over the weekend. She's only 35 miles away. So we might get some riding in weekends.

7 days and 1400 miles... We had a great time!!
A few months of riding and my eldest daughter and I decided to chase the eclipse! 800 miles (1300 KM) later to middle of Nebraska we were awestruck in the same sense as people were millenia prior, we made it back another 800 miles home (1300 KM). A trip not to be forgotten.
Even though we did hit mid 90's for temps (35 C), we all always wore helmets! We also had the chase vehicle following up behind us with gear so we traveled light on the bikes.
Me and my daughter did a roadtrip to north finland. Total miles 1330 and in a photo is only 87 miles to the arctic circle. Trip went well and we had a good time together. My daughter drove with her own bike wich is a Honda cbr 125r.
From a before school starts weekend trip with dad. Love this girl!

My Youngest Daughter
My kate just did her "balance" test here in Nova Scotia and passed so now she is allowed on the street ...during daylight hours only for 6 months" a complete crock but it's government...." I am so proud..time for an adventure.
I think I posted this before, in another thread, probably about airheads. Back a few decades in the '80s at a show in Germany. Not my G/S but I do have a broken 1981 R80G/S waiting to be fixed up after I dropped it a couple years ago. Daughter is all grown up now of course. Didn't turn out to be a biker chick, likes boats & beaches better.
On our Wyoming, Montana, Alberta, British Columbia trip this year. Over 3000 miles in a week and a half. Not a single complaint out of her, only smiles. Good times.
