After getting back into riding a year ago, my daughter took her first spill this weekend. She caught her front wheel in a rut. She's quite proud of her bruise.

Guess what brand goggles she wears? :rofl

My little girl (almost 21yrs!) loves to ride on the Ducati with me. This thread has done a fine job of reminding me I need to make more time for that. I asked her once if any of her guy friends have bikes, but she said no way would she ride with those squids! She acutally used that term. Good Girl.

Here is a photo of her wishing she was a foot or two taller. :D

Found a few more of my little girl and I on the Ninjette before she turned three. We still run the 3-4 mile loop around neighborhood at least once every week or two. 30mph. Low traffic. There's a park at the far end that we occasionally stop at. Some times she tells me one more time when we get close to the house, sometimes we do the loop for 30-60 minutes. I think it is the only time she is that still and not asleep.

I was intrigued by this 52-page monster thread and a shorter one on TWT that referenced this one. So, I ripped off a couple hundred photos and put them together in a You-Tube video here.

The TWT thread: for Dads and Daughters

This video *IS* different but I think that if you like this thread, you will like the video, too.

A higher res version (PC executable) can be downloaded here - it is 25 megabytes and the transfer may be slow, but be patient and it will eventually finish...

My daughter has traveled with me on several adventures including a very wet trip to Nova Scotia and one of my many jaunts down the Blue Ridge. These have been wonderful experiences, the memories of which we will cherish all our lives.

These little fellows ran out to greet us as we pulled up to the only gas pump in Larry's River, NS
