Is it against the law to ride motorcycle in Winter? John and Humvee both have mentioned that cruisers were following/talking to them. Just curious.

That blue KLR looks great in those pics!

I once had a cop park behind me while I was talking to a friend. He mostly wanted to look at the bike, as he was interested in the type.

Got a snow day today, so I visited my bike to give myself something to get excited over. Unfortunately it's quite out of touching distance.

Wildwood has a matt charcoal grey 2013 Tenere. Decent looking machine. Piles of new Ducati's and some Triumphs too.

My Omni-Cruise arrived after I got home, but after looking at the bike and then at the device, I don't think there will be any clearance problems at all.

They were probably just making sure the bikes had insurance at this time of year. "They" can be a curious bunch.:lol3
As Mark mentioned some are also genuinely interested in what people are driving or riding.

I am with you on this one Dave. Good to know I will have a riding partner. We will have to get together and discuss the ride. I am off the Thursday before and have to be back to work for the Wednesday after.

Heading to PVR for a week Saturday. Anybody happen to know if I can get my paws on something with two wheels?

Not great bike weather Brian. A rare east wind has pushed lots of snow onto #75 and it's polished to a nice icy sheen. Call me or send me a text (204-324-0090) before you hit the road and I'll have a road report for the border area. I'll be out on my PROPER winter machine watching for you :D

Hey Lyle, checked out Bisbee today. Cool place, nice to visit but don't think I would stay there more than a couple of days. That would be all the liver could take :freaky

Those dates will work perfectly for me too. A ride prep meeting would be a good idea. :1drink

Greg, did you stay at the Copper Queen? I didn't lock my door and the ghost of the old prostitute never showed. Maybe you had better luck?
