the "klag" was unreal
Three ex-world champions on the podium in China, and I'm picking that this year's champion was among them.
Last year Alonso showed himself to be a class act in a Ferrari that was less than stellar. On Sunday he showed he is the man to beat. Raikkonen and Lotus could quietly get on and do just that.
Hamilton and Mercedes are likely to continue to be in the play, but I don't see the makings of a champion in that pairing yet; it is still early days there.
I have not really been a fan of F1 in the past; I have always far preferred motorcycle racing, and still do. However last year F1 became a lot more interesting, and intriguing. This year seems to be shaping up for more of the same.
I watched the Chinese F1 GP perchance, when rain halted the Phuket league cricket match, at which I was the scorer. So it was of to join The Digby, landlord at The Green Man, and F! writer for the local rag. It was a good race, and I am glad I got to see it.
THAT'S A PRETTY SAFE BET , except for Vettel
Nah.... I reckon Vettel is likely to be thereabouts, but not the 2013 Champion. Things seem to be getting a bit messy at Red Bull this year.
How are y'all feeling about the tires this year? I don't think I like how they're such a deciding factor. I'd rather see the guys driving balls to the wall catch up and pass rather than make up 13 sec but then have the tires go to crap...
I also miss flaming pit crews...
yeah , maybe , but Webber will be the odd man out
tires have ALWAYS been an issue
it just is more publicized because they tire makers had instructions given to them
I miss 'em too.....
It is just more publicized because vettel et al are a bunch of whining crybabies!

I'm with her...now that he does not have the latest wizardry to decimate the field with he does seem to be a little whiny and selfish. Maybe we will learn to appreciate some real drivers instead of a pinball wizard who can't win without his handicap over the other teams. That is not to say Adrian will not figure something out by the summer break and tear it up again. But it is more fun to watch now.
that too , but it's not just RBR
Well, Vette did win convincingly I will have to give him that. However, I think if the big red car did not have technical difficulty it may have been a different result. It is good to the hound though... so I am not worried about the hare yet.
NJ GP looking good for next year
Umm - just an quiet FYI - get ur hotels reserved now, cause once ole Bernie confirms '14 schedule prices will go thru da roof. Remember in most cases you can cancel hotels - as always read the fine print.
OMG what a race
Pirelli's stock just tooka a BIG dump
My nephew has partied with him in Monaco in the past & was there for the win this year.
Congrats Nico on Brit GP
(thats him in zee middle with his finger up)
Kimi to Ferrari.
I think I would have rather him stay at Lotus, but it should be a interesting season next year.
Say good-bye to Alonzo !!
I reckon. Recent words suggest the love with Alonso has gone. Will it be Massa that stays on?
Massa is gone. Kimi has taken his place. Alonso will not play second fiddle. This will be interesting !
Massa was still at Ferrari last I saw, as is Alonso. It remains to be seen just who he will replace. Will Alonso walk, or will Massa be pushed?
Massa's contract runs thru the end of this year. Ferrari has already announced and Kimi has confirmed that he is leaving Lotus and joining them for 2114. Money seems to be the reason.
Money, as in not getting paid on schedule by Lotus. That's pretty bad.
