Post #'s not showing on mobile (android) posts but do show up in PC Chrome/FF browsers and in TT through share.
All three mobile skins tested and won't show the post# - default, revo, black responsive.

Not avail on mobile or is it browser/phone specific or?

eg. trying to copy specific post link to clipboard.

One small thing I've noticed several times: In the nav menu, Home and Forums are the same. Now, I know why this difference exists (some forums have a different home page) but in our case it's just the same thing. Can they be pruned down to one option to clarify the actual forum structure?

Might there be such a thing as a within-thread search? That'd be super handy. Also, including tweets in supported embeddable media would be great.

When you click on the magnifying glass to perform a search within a thread, make sure the "Search this thread only" is checked.

Including tweets (from Twitter) in embeddable media (from Dailymotion, Facebook, Liveleak, Metacafe, SmugMug, Vimeo or YouTube)? Sorry, don't really understand the question.

Whoa. Never even noticed that search field up there. Thanks!

Tweets: Yes. Not a huge deal. But with YT content, while the embed code of course doesn't work in a post, YT is in the list of embeddable media, so selecting it there and inserting works. The "embed' code from Twitter similary does not work when pasted in. But neither can it be embedded through the "media" button, as with YT.

    Ahh.... got it.

What may and may not be embedded is up the site owner (some bald guy? :lol3) and/or the admins he's given that authority to. Makes sense to me to be able to embed Twitter but I'm just one of the ernmerts here.... :thumb

PS - @Schmeds ..... you don't have to use the embed code from YT any longer, just post the URL. The forum takes care of it from there.

Phone's don't have a lot of screen space so what's shown and what's not shown must be decided by the designer.

One of the best things about this new forum is that it uses what's called "responsive design". What that means is that the design and layout is based on the screen size of the viewer. In regards to the post #'s not showing, the designer of the layout you're using decided that saving screen space was more important that displaying the post number.

By the way, if you resize your browser, you can see what I'm trying to describe. Once the width of the browser window reaches a narrow width, the post numbers disappear.

Here's a screen shot from a Mac using a Chrome Browser. No post number!

Of course, if the designer would like to modify the stylesheet for viewports less that 480px by modifying the definition of the .postNumber class, numbers will be displayed.

(I hacked the stylesheet with my Chrome browser on a Mac to take this next screenshot). See the #171 at the bottom?
