I just installed Jessy racks, KTM crash bars, and a large rear rack on my 2011 990 Adventure, all without a problem. I saved the KTM Frame protection set for last as it looked simple enough but no, not for me.
Has anyone out there installed part # 630.03.094.044/30 ? It comes with no instructions, the 2 rubber parts and 2 aluminum discs have me wondering what the *&^%$#@ for the last 2 hours.

poke the rubber dealio's into the frame hole thingy. They expand as you tighten the bolt kinda like bar ends.

late breaking... seems that the 2 rubber things are meant for the super enduro where this part made it's debut. It turns out the aluminum disc is cosmetic, friction fits over the unsightly swingarm hole.
