I’d have to spoon on different tires to tackle anything more then a dirt road . I’m currently running actual SM tires ... but I have the tkc’s in the garage !

They're dirt roads. About like most in the forest, nice. What's special about them is they're closed most of the year. One loops back to 33 from long run which imo should be open year round particularly since the gating of rough run.

Dolly got some footage of Zach on Union. WB101 is featured taking up flank duty.

Got a question for the DRZ400 riders: what do you recommend for connections for accessories like GPS and USB chargers? Got lots of unorganized responses on the ThumperTalk forum. Links are appreciated.

Also check out Burnsmoto for electrical stuff... He's a good dude, and a rider. I have a couple of his products, great customer service, and well built stuff.

Ditto. Ditto. It seems I'm one of the few bachelors. Otherwise I'd say we need to do some gender specific outreach to bring the chicks into the dirt fray that is advrider.

I made a little panel to hold a 12v outlet and dual usb outlet. The battery tender to usb like Zach440 posted is quick and effective. I keep one of those for back up.

You just wanna get dirty. Eventually your search efforts will be rewarded. Still have to fight winter's depressing grip. It gets worse with the years.

I wish. About two degrees South would be my choice. Warm my bones and put a smile on my face. :D

A little cool for tire tracks, at least for some of us sexagenarians. We'd be winded by the time we wrapped up enough to withstand the low temperatures. We haven't forgotten having a blast in the snow. Nor the subsequent cleanup and defrost cycle.

It's pretty to look at, the snow. We're getting our "dusting" they predicted and then some. Still hoping for broom cleanup but if it continues much longer at this rate it'll be shovel duty.

If you've got 6 or 8 inches of snow, some big fields and a trials bike ...

You will never have so much fun w/ so many clothes on.
