    I think I've seen that one live. If it's the same one, a museum (affiliated with Duke University) in Durham had it for a while. Creepy. As. All. Get out.

    So funny that you should post SSP... Just found them a little while ago and really like them.

    Must have gone right to my head, I turned in way early (for me).
    Silversuns Pickup, I like the drummer's t-shirt but I have to admit the singer's voice... I don't know. Not as interesting as the Civil Wars. Neat sound, vocals were not what I expected (glad). Simple is good.
    Those videos reminded me of two others. I'll share next Friday :wink:

    Saw SSP with my teenage daughters at the 2012 Firefly Festival in Dover. They were great, but it convinced me I'm officially old when I thought, 'gee this band is LOUD!'.

    Just got back from the biker rally at Carlisle. I test rode everything they'd let me out of the gate with. I'll write indepth reviews later, but for now, the short version;

    The Kawasaki 300 is surprisingly capable, nimble, and fun. The stock seat is a board.
    The new Kawi Concours is like hot buttered sex.
    Don't ever climb aboard a Can Am Spyder. They suck worse than my ex-mother-in-law's butthole the morning after All-U-can-Eat-Taco-Tuesday.

    YIKES, not sure I've ever ridden/driven anything that brought to mind an ex-in-law butthole analogy! (Although now that I think about it, there was that AMC Pacer...)

    I am officially old; I just offset it by acting as if I'm 10 y o.

    A guy down the road from me has an 2010. He said he's had it up to 140 mph and there was still a good bit of throttle left. Yikes.

    And glad to see we are Pleasantly Living today.

    I don't doubt it in the least. I was doing 55mph in 4th gear at 3k rpms. :eek1 I didn't get deep into 5th and barely touched 6th. Smooth torque all the way through, too.
