I've got a 12 990R, took the stock Scorps off for a TAT trip and had them put back on for the return (all road/highway). Up to about 40 mph or so I get a bounce in the front and had seen where some had replaced the front and it fixed the issue. The front suspension had a superplush workover and it did it before they were redone so don't think that's it.
I bought a new set off an inmate and I thought all the Scorp tires were the same, however.

As you know the OEM is tubeless:huh with a V speed rating and higher max psi inflation.

The one I got is S rated, tube tire with a slightly lower psi max rating.

    I'm thinking...
    - I don't go over 112mph so speed rating isn't an issue
    - I'll make sure the inflate per tire rating
    - It has a tube so it shouldn't matter if it's TL type or not

Just wondering if anyone has gotten one of these as I have and used it without issue or if you think I may have problems of some sort since it's not "factory" replacement.

    Thanks all.

While "Tubeless" is written on the stock tire, there is still a tube used in them out of the factory as well - because that's the way the rim works, it requires a tube.

Understand that, just curious why they say use TL tires for a tubed set-up, but more so, will the S tire be a problem?
