Hmmm, call me a nervous-nelly, but in the description of these it doesn't mention fuel...

A little more digging yielded these, which say they are "automotive couplings":

That push button one is pretty slick. what do ya think?

It doesn't look like they have a "shutoff" feature like the other one you posted. That is pretty important so the float bowls and fuel in the tanks don't back drain once you disconnect it.

I can tell you this is a rather trick feature after having the shutoff part of my cheap plastic disconnect, on the 690, fail; causing my full gas tank to empty on my garage floor last weekend. I managed to catch about half of it though. :lol3

To All, The OEM KTM fuel line quick connects are made by CPC, Colder Products Company and appear to be proprietary to KTM. Colder's industrial catalog does not list compatibility with gasoline or Ethanol for any of their fittings. Please be careful when replacing the stock quick connects with less expensive aftermarket units not specifically rated for gasoline and/or Ethanol. The Jiffy-tite units apparently have O-rings that are compatible with gasoline and race fuels and are of metal construction. The last thing I want is to have fuel spraying out of a failed coupling at 50PSI on me the bike and a smoking hot exhaust pipe!! (No connection with Jiffy-tite or Colder Products just have a couple of KTM's with OEM couplings).

Assuming the couplings in question are valved, the gas shuts off when disconnected (yes unvalved quick connects are sold), then you could buy the male or female coupling needed and have an appropriate length
of fuel line attached for filling you stove/bottle.

IMHO, it seem easier to just carry a fuel bottle and avoid the potential
problems of misaligned , broken or dirt contaminated connectors.
Not to mention the gas dripped on you hands just before handling food.
