Just do a full Resto-Mod....you know...You want too ...
YOU are welcome for the kind words. Keep 'em in mind when you annihilate me later.
Yeah, those pesky beer cans get me to ride a bunch of stuff I never thought of before. Hopefully that will apply next year with what, BOTH Rowlands riding Twinshock???? Oh, goody! :huh
You riding B-Town tomorrow??
Maybe. Just maybe...
If you altered the steering angle, removed the flame trap from the air box, and fitted a Chinese pit bike carb, it would be even better and not cost much to do.
Here it goes again...............
I do like the high dollar seat cover, I think I am going that route on one of mine.
I read this thread and feel bad mine has been sitting in the garage since my march snow ride

Brewtus was tearing it up today with all of his new found power.
That section scared the SHIT out of me!!
Thanks Gordy for making me ride it. I think. :huh
Looks like camera trickery to me.
Not as much as you think. I'd hesitate going up that on my Montesa. I've no idea what I was thinking doing it on OJ.
Made for a cool photo though.
The old TLR's go quite well with a few simple mods dont they....................
Did somebody say OLD??
I just picked this up last week '76 model
When did you "retire" from WERA?
'04 was my last year. 3 year old daughter, and FINALLY a #1 plate as an expert.....time to save some money. I'd raced off and on for 11 years. I MISS IT TERRIBLY !!!!
Just curious. We have a "retired" WERA racer where I work. His stories and scrapbook of racing pics are awesome!
What gas tank is on that TY?
Is that a 175?
Laverda Ghost Strike...my last race bike.
Al, with a few cheap and easy mods, that would be a pretty good trials bike.
