I am attempting to download a fairly large loop that goes around Wyoming For an upcoming trip and my download is failing. I get to about 1.8 mb and the download just fails. Is there a limit on how much you're allowed to download or how big a route can be?

No limits to size/length of Trip Plans. You're failing to download for some other reason.

Will try it at home later and see if it continues. I even attempted to do it over my mobile data connection and it didn't work.

Tried it at home. Still failing. Getting network error. Download is also very slow.

I just exported a 3,500 mile trip loop from Furkot and it worked fine. The entire file is only 500kb.

Something odd is going on with mine. Sent an email to them and they are looking into it-

I've resolved minor issues in the past by restarting my computer and in one case, I flushed my browser cache, in case you hadn't tried doing that yet. Good luck :thumb

I have a problem with the dates in the TRIP tab. The calendar is a day out. I have flushed my Firefox cache but still the date is out. I just opened Opera and it is working OK so Just a Firefox problem.

i was getting this error when i was being extremely detailed about the furkot route and adding a lot of forced shaping points. it wouldn't export as a gpx track, but it exported fine as a kml then dropped that into base camp.

That was what I had to do ultimately.

Just started getting this every time I log into Furkot. I can see FB in the background, but never used to get this "continue" dialog before. Is this a FB thing? Furkot? What is up?

This looks like a dialog FB displays when Furkot tries to reauthorize you after your session expired. I haven't seen this before - what browser are you using? Do you sign out when done with Furkot or just close the browser tab?

I'm using Safari. Always have with Furkot and never had any issues. I close the tab rather than sign out.

P.S. One more thing -- why does scrolling with the arrows work sometimes, and sometimes I have to hold down the Option key to get it to scroll?

Thank you. I can confirm that I can see the dialog in Safari as well (but not in Chrome). Looks like this is something FB started to display recently - unfortunately we have no control over it.
Not really sure. Map pan/scroll should work with just arrow keys - no Option key necessary. I'll investigate the issue. If you notice in what circumstances it start requiring the Option key, please let me know - it'll help us to reproduce the problem.

    Thanks. I suspected FB.

For the scroll or option scroll, it is seemingly random, which just means I don’t know why yet. I’ll keep track of when it works and when it doesn’t and let you know.
