Polyaspartic applied by a REAL floor company. I figured when I screwed it up, I'd be left with a very expensive mess.

    Very happy with it.

Yeah, I was trying to figure out why someone would do that. It was pretty carefully allpied- it had to have been sprayed- even the undersides of the fireblocking was painted.

I figure it had to, at some time in the history of the house, been a grow house or something.

Six years ago my wife asked me if I would consider moving from our perfect home in suburbia with my dream two car garage. I said "why on earth would I want to do that?" Seems she had found an old tobacco warehouse in an economically depressed city, that was on the way back up. I was skeptical, but then she showed me the warehouse, and walked me into the back room.

The "back room" was 1800 sq feet, with it's own entrance onto a back alley, and it's own utility/bathroom. She said, "would this persuade you if it became your new garage?" When I started drooling, she bought the warehouse and we sold the house within two months. We now have fully embraced the urban converted warehouse/loft lifestyle.

I don't have many transformation pictures, but this is what it looks like now. My friends refer to it as the Classic Bike Pool Hall and Garage, and it is sort of the community shop.

It has a nine foot table, and all the fixin's for a bike centered man cave. Frig, bathroom, very loud stereo system, pool table, motorcycle lift, reloading equip, dead animal heads, neon, and all the man stuff I can cram in there.

    Oh, and a few bikes.

All the riders around here get together about once a week for our Classic Bike Pool Hall night. It's been kind of a local thing now for almost 5 years. So if you like to shoot pool, like old bikes, and are passing thru central Virginia, let me know. The Classic Bike Pool Hall and Garage in always open.
