:D good idea billy boy! lets see if it can approach the 500 plus posts the tag thread has... :freaky I figured i'd throw up a post and memorable pic...

we met this guy in CO... we were heading south he was heading north into the passes... born and raised in Alaska first time in the lower 48... just turned 40 and was well on his way to Key West FL...

check it out... roll of TP was handy... 70 plus miles to the 2 stroke mix and well its one of the wacky people you meet out on the road... since you guys all seem to have time someone find this guy out there!

the engine idea comes from something like this...http://www.bicycle-engines.com/

and the rig comes from this web page... http://www.xtracycle.com/cargo-utility-bicycles.html

he modified it a bit by adding a belt drive and well lets just say we pulled in to get gas and people were asking us where we were going... jersey plates in CO is a conversation starter... then this dude pulls in and he took over... :huh

    ok, one more pic...

that is sick on many levels... the big dude on the bike doing that is fine but what is that little girl doing there? if that thing goes down the bike and the big fat dude will no doubt crush her and finish her off...

but the standing on the saddle was cool...

oh well, its 10 pm do you now where your children are? hopefully not riding on that thing!

Do any of you watch "The Biggest Loser"?

Well tonight there may be a segment that was taped in the fitness studio that my wife and I own. Amanda Arlauskas is one of the final four contestants, a local from Butler, and had been training here after she came back from the ranch in preparation for the final weigh-in next week in L.A.

In October Bob Harper came here to train her in her "hometown gym" for the show and I think it is going to air tonight. They were here for about an hour, but I wouldn't be surprised if it ends up being only a few seconds on TV.

Check it out if you're interested. This girl lost a lot of weight and changed her life.

So my EvoWife and I just got home. We met Amanda out with some others to watch the show at a restaurant. The shot of her and her frien0d Brian was at the Gold's Gym. The scene where she was going hiking with her friends and Bob and then ate perfect product placement Subway sandwiches instead was taped the same day as the stuff in our gym. (I hate calling it that)

If she makes the vote and is one of the three finalists then our shots may make it into next weeks finale. If not, then I guess it's the cutting room floor.

    We'll see.

Interesting concept. Never even considered that someone from the South would ride all the way up North just to molest a rubber duck! You know who it was? Does he ride a 950 Adventure?

And MoBill, I'm sorry you have a miserable commute. I didn't really enjoy commuting to Newark at night 4 nights a week for 4 and 1/2 years either. You get tired of the Garden State Parkway after a while. And that was after a full day of regular work. But the GS was a trouper!

Sort of a Navy Seal kinda mentality, don'tcha think? :D

:freakythat is what i like barry and bill getting along! i for one would love to be out there tagging but for the life of me people are too dam fast and unless i cheat ( which i won't) by the time i figure out the clues the tag is already gone to another place... getting "bruced" just won't do it for me... so i just ride... not as much as i want but i do... really! i do enjoy the TOG threads... but mostly glad to see you guys getting along! 'specially this time of year

Really, it's not that hard. With a combination of Google, Bing, and Google Earth, you can usually find the tag in about 3 minutes. Many times, the tagger just cuts and pastes the clue right from a description. If you cut and paste the same stuff into Google, it will usually find the spot. Confirm with Bing "Aerial" "Birds Eye" view, and you've got it.

Or, use Google Earth, find the spot, and look at the bottom for the exact GPS coordinates.

By the way, although I've gotten tons of criticism for a mascot in the NY Metro Dirt game, it eliminates the scramble to post a picture. You don't need remote uploading. Just get there first, get the mascot, and take your time posting! Easy.

In fact, the tag in Jersey City has been available now for about three days, and it again has an authentic mascot waiting for you!

p.s., Bill and I are really not getting along. We are just making believe we are! :evil :evil He is still the "Great Pontificator"! :lol3 :lol3

In this world of virtual reality, where we play with the computers instead of real people, isn't that where the fun is? Cage fighting in cyberspace! :clap :clap

Bill, you are so easy to tease!
