Due to cable getting more & more costly, we are gonna be switching to Dish. Glad I have not pulled the trigger yet.

Got nothing in green. Andover looks out. And newton looks ghastly with the exception of buildings near the hospital. Took 4 attempts to get to newton hospital and the way we got here is closed now, reports say. Everyone take care. Please don't try to skirt under power lines. They are down all over.
Aaannnndd..... I am on call tomorrow as well

Hope my house in Passaic County is still standing.

Wow....I grew up in Newton. Storms always hit hard up there. Now I am 93 miles south in Browns Mills, and luckily, we were spared. Be safe every one.

Dodged a bullet. The bigger tree saved the house from the smaller one.

No significant issues in the Camden County north Gloucester Country area. I am in West Deptford just across the river from Philly. No power outages, nor downed trees that I have seen.

Some spot areas without power in Moorestown and Pennsauken.

Power is long gone. But the house has no damage. We will take it. Recon the roads now to see if our rigs can get through

Satellite dish left holes in the roof which leaked overnight right into the bedroom. Covered it with sheeting and pumping out the basement with a gas pump now. Coulda been a lot worse...:norton

Bad around here. Took a ride and the carnage is significant. Power outage is widespread up here and reports are it could be a week. This is the first time in eight years I have lost power for more then five minutes in this house. Trees down everywhere

Thankfully we came out unscathed, just 4 trees down at the back of the house, others weren't so lucky, these houses on our street, only 150 yards away. No idea when we will get power back on. The new Droid Razr Maxx HD holding up very well.

I also saw dozens of similar damaged houses around the near area.

Compared to FiOS, DirecTV is a dream. Couldn't upgrade DirecTV to HD 18 months ago, too many trees would have to come down; every day since we got FiOS one of us has cursed the totally lame UI, it's like a high-school project from the 90's. And customer service? Pah!
