Thanks! It was nice to get out before the serious cold sets in. Heated gear worked nicely. Warm as toast!

Here are some crummy videos from my dash I-phone:

    Car Adventures now?
How about football? University of New Hampshire just beat Elon this past weekend and is now ranked 14th in Nation (FCS 8/3) and may make the playoffs. This past weekend was their last home game, so the seniors were honored.... This one (a walk-on) from New Jersey:

    rant beginning:

    I've looked at the maps,
and yes, there were more south tags back then,
    but still overwhelmingly northern.

Most of the complaints lately have been about too much twitter nonsense and abscure/lame tags and dividing the north from the south again.

And like I said, there are a lot of people who use to play, but are clearly missing lately.
And a lot of the southern people you used to see here and there are no where to be found, even on the south TOR.

I certainly appreciate the movement of the tag down south, but it rarely happens.
You don't see me complaining about it because I don't have the time to go up north and get one.
I use photoshop to keep myself interested.

There are a lot of new people getting involved who seem to want to create problems instead of riding and playing the game the way it was set up from the beginning. Like all other TOR's.

The game is what it is.

    A GAME !!!!!

If you don't like it, don't play it.

I'm afraid that is what has happened to some of those that are missing.
They don't like the nonsense, and have moved on with real life.

My complaint is simple, play the game, or keep your fingers off the keyboard ! :rant ending

You all have a nice day ! :thumb
    PC + TT

That was PC July 24, 2009... 8 years and about 3,000 tags ago. If you look at Walter's map, it filled in pretty well in the South.

Taggers have come and gone, but the game did amuse a fair amount of people over the years, despite complaints about twittering, bad tags (lawn art, sign posts) etc. Some of us got to explore New Jersey from corner to corner, discovering how wonderful the state was and how many hidden treasures were out there. And got some decent riding in.
Some great taggers have come and gone. The nature of the game.
However, it now looks like the Garden State TOR has finally ended.

Like hell! Tagging is just taking a back seat to other priorities..... at least for the time being.

Nah, just pointing out that it's obituary was written by PC in 2009, and the game continued.
It will pick back up in the spring.
I, however, am taking a break. UNH is probably going to make it into the FCS playoffs, so the family will continue to be busy for a few more weeks. Then ski season starts!

Go move Walter's tag in Belvidere so he has something to do besides buy old beater bikes! :-)

Well, I know most of you don't follow football, but UNH made the FCS National Championship playoffs again this year! The season continues....

Now what did I do? Make it cold again? By the way, Blue Mountain opened today for skiing. Nice transition from dirt to snow!
Anyone want to board/ski this coming Thursday morning? If it doesn't rain between now and then, I'm gonna get out the winter stuff!

Not retired yet. Still have two kids in college. Here's a video from the one at UNH from yesterday. They have advanced to the round of 16 in the playoffs for the FCS National Championship. Kicker makes tackle and saves a touchdown!
