    Word ...:dunno
Assuming the lake was the tag, then Walter's bike is parked in the only legal and safe spot to get a decent picture, making his get good. Both yours and my bike are both parked illegally. You can't force anyone to break the law in order to get a tag, that's the way the game has always been played and should continue. I'm sure you're smart enough to already know this but thought i'd give you the benefit of the doubt. With that said, i see Walter has already retracted his get, so without further ado, to keep the tag moving, i'll get another tag up asap... :ricky

“Know the rules well, so you can break them effectively.” ― Dalai Lama

From day one, we have often taken tag shots from spots that are technically "illegal". Most of the dirt shots are "illegal". Most of the rules about where motorcycles can go are stupid rules created by tree huggers.
And Walter, it has ALWAYS been the prerogative for the tagger to determine if the correct object was in the tag, the angle of the shot, etc. There was NO fence in my shot. A shot from the street by the path, essentially where StBob was located, was perfectly legal and acceptable. Quit whining so much! :imaposer

Hey, check out my new signature line!
Also, since the new tag is not up, let me add one point. In addition to riding around the neighborhood finding interesting stuff, tagging for some of us is an opportunity to do some fun photography, with includes lighting, color, composition, perspective, balance, etc.

Yes, the little walk-way was technically verboten for the bike, but at 6:51 a.m. on a Sunday morning in Brooklyn, the restaurant was closed, and there wasn't a human being in site.
    Or this shot:

Yes, technically, I was a homeland security risk, but the police were still having donuts!
Shongum Lake was closed for the season. The bike on the path bothered no one, but it made for a nice photograph.

    The New Tag... :flush

This tag is located in a park with operating hours of 8am - 8pm, everyday. As usual, if tagging after hours, picture of your bike at the main gate will do...

The tag can be found where these two paths meet... :cromag

Stbob is back in the game . Good maybe now things will improve no more tags of empty parking lots .
I may have to start watching and tagging again .

Well, the tag is presently about 10 minutes from your house. Need GPS coordinates?:-)
