So lately I have been trying to update my Gps's. I have a few and use them all for various things. However Gamin express (GE) wont recognize some of them and really I'm not that tech savey, so trying to load or change maps could be my issue.

My Gps issues are as follows
GPS 60C - GE wont recognize, or doesn't support any longer
Garmin 2697 (or something like that) GE wont recognize
Garmin Fortex 401(wrist) doesn't map update however I use for tracking and location only.
Garmin Oregon 650T- Works and has SD card loaded with NA Topo and Road maps.

Does anyone know what I can do with the C, 26 and Fortrex? They all work, I just want to up date them, and for the C, get the topo on there so I can keep using for hunting.

Help where ever it can be found would be great.

    Thanks

Your 60C, and 2697 will not be recognized by Garmin Express and never were. You can connect your Foretrex 401 to your computer and use BaseCamp to load/unload data (tracks, waypoints) and you can have BaseCamp initiate Garmin MapInstall to install maps (small ones) on the Foretrex if they are installed in BaseCamp.

Your GPSMAP 60C does support USB connections but if I recall does not have an SD Card. You can only install maps that will fit in the available internal storage. Just make sure the map file is named gmapsup1.img I'm sure someone in the main Mapping & Navigation forum can help you with that if I'm off course.
