    Very good.I have a Zuma 220 ,however it more or less has the same " garmin logic" and your demonstration helps me be able to utilize the Zuma more efficiently.

    Hi , Andy,
    I have a question,
    when joining tracks sometimes i get a bee line going from one end to the other , is this normal or am i doing something i not supposed again??

    I explain that in my Basecamp Tutorial, it happens when you join the tracks in the wrong order or the direction arrows are not all flowing in the same direction. Basically the red dotted line is indicating your second track does not start at the end of the proceeding track.

    To join routes without 'back to start lines', invert each track then join then invert joined track back to desired direction.

    Also, it's much quicker to plan a trip using 'routes' and change to tracks once done.
