Only a week? Hell, I've had to wait 3 months for a current model KTM. Usually these are distributor problems, beyond the control of the individual dealer.

There is a Canadian Gas Gas importer quite close to you, in Victoria.

Give Mike at the Trials Source in Boise a call. Great service and prices, and very friendly. Comes through for me every time, and always cuts me a great deal. Eventually I have to bug him to get a bill as he's more concerned about getting the parts to me as quickly as possible. Everybody I've referred is a happy customer. Tell him Cory sent you.

Talk to the guys at Skagit that ride and compete in Trials, there is at least 2 of them there. Tell them you need your spokes and ask why the delay.

I try and support my local shop when I can. That being said when it'd time critical or an odd part (both of my GG's are over 10 years old) I call Lewisport in CA. They have have always been quick and very helpful.

My correction formula is to double and add a day to any time estimate given to me by a dealer. I can't remember the last time something came in anywhere near close to what was offered!

They will say anything to keep the order...and once they have your money then the excuses start!

It is my understanding that TrialsPartsUSA is the importer of GasGas parts, and that the dealers go through them for supply. They will deal with end users direct, since there are many areas of the country where a dealer is not nearby. I have had good luck dealing with Jim Snell. Go to www.trialspartsUSA.com for info.
