Do you guys offer a street-oriented steering damper for the 990 adventure?
We haven't fit the 950/990's yet, and we're only making the steering stabilizer mounts. Scotts makes stabilizers for street and off-road though (with and without return-to-center damping). Will look into this and get back to you.
Hey alongat, took a look at the 990's and our damper mount will not fit. Thanks for asking though!
In true GatosBros fashion, its a last minute give-away. Today is Labor Day, and 365 days ago GatosBros officially launched. To celebrate, we'd like to send you the very last set of C-Clamps we have in stock.

Really just wanted to say thanks for all the support during our first year, and we're looking forward to next!
Hope these wind up on your handlebars!
CR/F conversion tripleclamps are finished... finally. We just need to install a set to verify fitment. We're down in Morgan Hill, CA. Anybody in the south bay have an XR650R that we could borrow for an afternoon? Will hook you up with a $100 discount if you want to buy a pair of tripleclamps. Product and pricing info will be up on our website soon, but most of them are already sold. There will probably be a few sets left over, but not sure how many until we talk to everyone on the list.
New website coming soon, with some new products and color options.
Cool what are those things that aren't bar ends? The last pic.
Tripleclamp-mounted inner handguard mounts.
Ooh I like those. Are they KTM specific? I'd like to put em in my little XR250
Will you be making hand guard mounts that fit Easton EXP bars?
Or maybe some top clamp that that can hold the guards?
Triple clamp mounts won't work on my bike. (Beta)
The tripleclamp-mounted inner handguard mounts? No, those are universal. They'll fit any bikes with side-mounted pinch-bolts. But unfortunately, the pinch-bolts on all the stock XR tripleclamps are forward-facing, so they won't work with your bike - unless you buy a new upper tripleclamp (most of those have side-mounted pinch-bolts).
I designed these inner handguard mounts for Easton a few years ago, but they've discontinued that whole EXP product line, so they're not available anymore. Sorry.
I just tried buying 2 sets of Pinchy Clamps off your new site. Tried 2 different Cards. Both brought up error screen showing all the code. I think you just launched the new site so I thought I would pass it along.
Yeah, we just launched the new site late last night. Thanks for letting us know! All fixed now.
Thanks for all the orders over the weekend guys! Everything has been boxed up and shipped. Website checkout is working real smooth-like. Appreciate all the support!
really pumped, nice work guys...!
Any ADV'ers racing KOM look here and send me a PM.
We are headed out to Johnson Valley tomorrow for KOM. Orders will begin shipping again on Tuesday (2-4-14) of next week!
Received my pinchy-clamps....Top notch
Here's a couple pics of them installed on my 530. Should work great to keep the hand guards from rotating in a crash.
Here's a shot of the GatosBros C-clamp on the left and the new Pinchy-clamp on the right. You can see the GB Bar risers in this shot as well....good stuff!
I'm installing Cycra Probend guards on my Terra. I ordered bar mounts not knowing those are designed for center reach guards. So I know now that I need the side triple clamp mounts. You're right I have Cycras side mounts, way too many sharp edges. Discvored Easton's side mounts, but couldn't find where to purchase, then I ran across your guys' mounts. I spaced my guards out approx. 5/8" from the end of bar, so the levers would clear. I'm hoping that your clamps will still work. Is there any way you could PM me some dimensions?
These are the inner handguard mounts that I designed for Easton. But they discontinued that whole EXP product line, and then gave us their blessing to bring these products to market on our own. Pretty cool huh? Anyway, they should work with your handguards just fine using the outer holes and if you're not able to make them, you can return them for a full refund, minus shipping.
