I'll be there at 7am Saturday. I bough a solar powered air-conditioned riding suit so I should be nice and chilly. Cheaper than buying gatoraide...:lol3

I'd recommend a tank top and shorts for tomorrow.

Here is my race report. We had an excellent turnout both days. The riders had fun. Thanks to all that attended.

Rode the dual sport Sat. with brother, nephew, and Ogre. Trail was in great shape compared to last year's mud. Made 1 lap approx. 34 miles talked to moosecrap when we got back thought we were cheated at 34 mi. He sent us south to what was part of the enduro? We ventured on until hitting the road that paralleled the canal. that was enough turned back with about 45mi. total for day.Nephew and Ogre tried to make the rest of 2nd lap but baled somewhere in Reese's as heat really got to one of them!!! My ride was almost perfect stayed on two wheels all day and done before noon. Brother must have been getting hot as he crashed near the end of the lap and rolled to the bottom of a drainage ditch for some wallowing in the shallow water, wish I could have seen that one! Back at start enjoyed a great sandwich and headed home.
Layton do you have an approximate number on the turn outs?

I’m a little confused on the 34 mile part as there was 40 miles there. But what’s 6 miles

Additionally you could ride as many loops as you wanted. I talked to one rider who rode three full loops. Admittedly he was a very good rider but he got his monies worth for sure.

I think we had 141 for the dual sport and just a few more for the enduro.

Thanks again to everyone that participated.

You nit wit, you were right there when you got to the Hennepin Canal, you just had to cross the canal, the beginning was right there on that corner starting in that corner house's back yard, it was arrowed pretty good leaving Jerrod's house, to bad, there was two great sections you missed, BTW, I clocked 35 miles total for the dual sport with front wheel speedo on my Honda.

Maybe we missed something? Didn't think so never felt lost. Someone said they did 2 laps at 70 miles. This doesn't make any difference it was good trail and a good ride.
Moosedroppings we did go in the drive and go left, where we quit just after that when the trail came out from the north and turned right to parallel the canal on the road. We did end with the our milage almost the same for a lap so if I missed something you did the same.

I really don’t know how anyone could have missed any section but maybe the odometers were off a little.
