She'd have a job with that bike without those high heels
459 a gal??????????????? No wonder she's naping (passed out from sticker shock) Did you notice how she is guarding that fuel tank? -
Assuming you're talking $4.59 a US gal, at today's exchange rate, you'd have folks queueing round the block for petrol/gas at £0.77 / l (if my arithmetic is correct) in dear old blighty ...
... and if you guys REALLY want a belly laugh, check out what folks have to pay for Diesel in Europe ...
Currently average US prices are around 3.00US per gal. But that roller coster may swing again without notice :eek1
On another note: Check out these cafe girls (most of them have been posted in this thread) http://www.youtube.com/watch?NR=1&v=qs8JlZm7ur8&feature=endscreen
gas has been >$4/gallon in europe for >30 years. when i left eastern europe last summer after a one year project assignment, gas there was $8/gallon. seems we americans are a whiny bunch when it comes to gas prices...

I've spent more of my adult life living abroad than in the US. The funny thing about gas in Europe is that is is cheaper than the US....before taxes. We just tax it a lot less than other nations. I'll find the stats when I get home, but during the Bush years, Germany was the cheapest industrialized nation for gas before taxes.
Sent from my Droid 2 Global using Typotalk 2
yup, europeans have always paid more in taxes per gallon than americans pay per gallon in total...
Here you go, my local petrol (gas) and diesel prices today, and its in US Gallons and $
Diesel, $10.21 per US gallon (£1.34 per ltr)
Petrol (gas) $9.99 per US gallon (£1.31 per ltr)
Yup, and we put up with it! 75% of that is tax :huh
Could be worse... 1,44 quid per liter over here (Holland) for petrol. :eek1
MIOB, and I thought we had it bad
And as for your location "cold, wet,,," all we've had for the last 48 hrs is continual rain, not stopped at all.
We need more girls on bikes pics to cheer us up.
Yeah, where is nicholastanguma when we need him? Out riding his bobber in 100 plus degree f heat in Denver? We hit 98 f here in the mountains, the locals are dying.
On the plus side: I spend 4 hours with a girl, a camera and a bike last night.
Not an old bike though, so no photos for this thread
Ohh it must be SUCH a hard life
Do you require an apprentice, albeit 51 and a (slight) perv?
And I have to say, your photo's are pretty awesome
ahhhhhh come on.......old is...........well ride a new bike off the lot, its now old :)
so post it, and let us rip on you if its not old on you, but at least we would have something to look at
I still need to process them and I never post photos before the model has seen and approved them.
These are a few from a shoot I did last week:
Would you believe that sometimes I even get paid for these shoots (not this one, she's a friend of mine)?
I have friends like that who let me take photo's too
