Looks like an indian head on the front fender. Could be wrong though...
Not an Indian horn though.
Harley's had lights on front fender, but not one that looked like Chief heads.
But Indian Sport Scouts had light that was not a Chief head.
So, ultimately, I can't answer your question.
One way you can tell it is a more modern shot is the top of the bear can, it is a flip tab not a pull top. Those came into use mid 80's or so. That means at the latest this would be a mid 80's shot.

Beer can is alum. with part of a tab sticking up on top. So, it isn't a pull tab. That makes it early to mid 80"s at the oldest.
OK ok...they aren't on motorcycles but who can resist this?
