I think you'll find that "wrong hand drive" vehicles other than special work trucks like street sweepers are much rarer in most parts of the world than they are in the UK, Ireland and mainland Western Europe. There's simply nowhere for them to come from in places like the Americas, Australia and New Zealand, Japan.

Here in Oz you couldn't permanently import or register a LHD vehicle at all until relatively recently, and even now they have to be over 25 years old. Very few people import a car here just to export it again at the end of their visit.

In Melbourne, if you hang about the GM plant in Port Melbourne, you might catch an Engineering Evaluation Vehicle; a LHD version of a locally built product which is also exported to the Middle East. The drivers tend to get very antsy when you point a camera at them.

Same here, aside from mail and commercial vehicles, about the only place you might find a wrong side drive :evil vehicle is at a speciality repair/sales shop.

    Dang.
Had a route mapped out to get all five of these this morning using my ultra high tech back of the envelope GPS system. Took a wrong turn about halfway in and didn't realize it until I was about 10 miles from home. Bailed out. It's going to be nicer out later on today (I hope) or certainly tomorrow. Got three of them anyway... :D

If you cant date stamp pics, the prevention item is a red rag/cloth/sock draped over one of your handlebar grips.

    1. A wind turbine (one of those proper big white ones, not one that is on somebodys roof)

    2. A tractor dealer
    [IMG]

    3. A scooter dealer
    [IMG]

    4. A planetarium or observatory
    [IMG]

    5. A car with the steering wheel on the wrong side for your country... i.e. in the USA a right hand drive car, but in the UK or Ireland where i am it would be a left hand drive car!

I guess it's going to depend on the official, okey dokey definition of each. Don't think they necessarily qualify as a "car" and I wouldn't call them a "truck", but they do carry stuff around. Guess it's an "other" by default. :lol3

    1) a brewery, microbrewery or brewpub
    2) a cigar store
    3) a gun shop (for those in a country w/o retail gun shops - a self defense store)
    4) a transmission repair shop
    5) a view of 6 or more lanes of traffic (can be an intersection)

File photo prevention device - date stamped picture showing today's date or later - or a unit of paper currency visible anywhere in the picture. Series must contain all of one or the other.

    Next list.

1 - Automotive Hot Rod / Custom shop.

    3 - Bicycle shop

    4 - Green house / nursery

5 - A place that sells "local honey"

File preventer - date stamp from today on or a ribbon tied to your mirror.

    1. A Hot Rod or Custom car shop. Because it was after hours, none of the custom stuff was visible, but I added a couple of pics, taken through the windows of the offices. The Blue front end is the owners desk...

LEAP DAY list! (This list amended of Mar. 4, 2012)

File preventer, a sports ball of some sort, in the picture. Like a baseball, football, basketball, soccer ball! Or as usual, a date stamp.

    1. A sculpture of a horse.

    2. A tree in bloom, it is spring, isn't it? (Amended) Or anything, even a florist window, with lots of blooms!

    3. A sign that shows the elevation (amended) or population. Like a city or town limit, or highway pass.

    4. Girls Scouts selling Girl Scout Cookies. Like in front of a store, or mall. Or any charity or civic organization selling whatever in front of a store or something...(amended, anything being sold, not in a store. A temporary set up)

    5. A Camera store.

Go riding, take pictures, have fun! Amended; have fun if you can, and since this is global, the weather will always be bad somewhere, it will be spring in the north and fall in the south, If it's daylight here, it'll be dark there. So get on your bike, plug in your thinking cap, get your creative juices flowing, and go grab this tag!
