Thanks for a fun read and cool pics...
if thats the bridge I'm thinking of it will be a cold day in hell before I ride across that bridge again. Is that the one thats all steel grating for a surface? I'll pay someone to ride it or rent a boat before I cross that goddam bridge again on 2 wheels.

Thanks for the great ride report! It helps the winter pass. I love to see great pics of our home state (Michigan) and the Great Lakes to let everyone know that you don't need to go to the Smokey Mountains to ride.

Have never done a RR........but everytime I read one I think......I know just how some of this strange sheeet happens. You go Jenna.............I am proud of you. Great airhead too..........I am looking at buying a bike there in Atlanta area...........buy you a good beer if you let me. Glad you got back safe.

I had the same "vapor lock" problem with my HPN tank the first time I took it out too! The funny thing is that I have the very same tank bag also. My theory is that the tank bag squashed the vent and caused the thing to not breathe.
My folks are in MI too! Oxford, just north of Pontiac.
I'll take some pics of my tank cover and send them over to you.
