I'll meet you up there where the path runs straight and high.

Took a ride today from Northern Virginia across the Potomac over the Wilson Bridge.

Traffic was light for a change. A little foggy looking north toward DC

Fall colors are still looking great in both Virginia and Southern Maryland

Then the best riding of the day on Rt 218 roughly between Dahlgren
    and Fredericksburg Virginia

Weather at the start was a little on the cool side, but then warmed up
real nice in the afternoon. Real nice day to be out riding.

Thanks Donnymoto - its been a great fall for riding - hopefully the fall weather
will stick around a little longer so there will be more good riding days.

The Harry Nice Bridge at a max of 135' above the Potomac River on US301
may not be the highest bridge, but it has given me the biggest kick of any
    bridge I've been over lately.

Here is a photo sequence of the ride over on Sunday.

First though, this is actually a file photo of the bridge with my bike - "Playstation"

The 11' lane width with no shoulder definately adds to the excitement.
I don't think I'd want to be on it in a strong wind - at least not on Playstation.
