Mapajo the lugs on that watch are amazing works of art (to me anyway).
I agree. The watch is before renovation. It will look like new.
Now that is a cool watch.
That is outstanding. May I ask..who made the strap?
The wife took ownership of mine . Nice strap .
I heard about them over on TRF, and the guy posts regularly on watchuseek forum marketplace. The quality is exceptional ! Pending the watch, you may have to provide the case measurements. Takes about a month from order to delivery.
Thanks - I'll check them out.
Just finished this for a friend. She loved MrsDonkeys Big Zero, so MrsDonkeys wanted to get her one as a parting gift. Finding an original is hard these days, as the market is littered with Franken watches. I built this from two parts watches, one of which had a clean dial.

New old stock.
On a completely different note, shop time with my go to beater. Casio dive watch, worth every penny of the 16 bucks I paid for it.

Taking on a good look.
How does one know when they have watch fever ? ............................. When they build a watch to match their hot rod ! So when you get that "A" finished, build a matching watch.
My lovely wife surprised me with a Hamilton Khaki Automatic X-Wind for Father's Day. Rose gold with the black face. I will try to upload a picture after work. It is spectacular.
This is my another Tissot Antimagnetique. I love this brand. This watch is in better condition, comes from the 40s.
Picture as promised.
