My Benchmade 275 Adamas arrived yesterday. Designed in collaboration with custom maker Shane Sibert, it is indeed a beasty of a blade. As you can see, it totally overshadows my Ritter Grip.:D

You know I'd strangle myself with it. :fitz

The clip kept getting bent and I'd bend it back but it's at the point now where if I drop trou' or slide along the floor it'll fall out of my pocket. Which is what happened to me today. The damned thing will probably come back to me as this is the 3rd time I've lost it.

All that aside, I don't like the price, but what do Y'all have to say about the ZT200s?

Geebus, EG, what do you do to your knives that you bend the pocket clip?

I think you need one of those spring retracting belt mounted key doohickeys. Like what janitors used to use.

That sounds like a recipe for disaster. :lol3

It's Kürbczech's couch. The clip gets hooked on the fabric while I'm sitting and when I get up it bends the shit out of the clip. I'd take clip off and bend it back properly, but the allen screws had stripped out.

    Outstanding in my field.
I had the same problem with two of my favorite knives, both had bent clips. They showed up one day about a week after we gave my wife's girlfriends brother a lazy boy sectional. He said he literally tore the thing apart looking for his car keys and found them. They had both been gone for at least 6 years. One of them was my prized Benchmade Emerson CQC7.
I had never wanted to hug a guy so much in my life. Once he found out what it was worth he said he thought about keeping it.
I still need to fix that clip.:lol3

I was given a CQC7 when they first came out. I lost it about a year later, and four years after I moved, I found it in a boot! I was happy for weeks!

What are the odds of it finding it's way home after being left on the floor of the mens room? :lol3

Bummer. Yeah I have found three knives I have lost after that move, my Swiss Army Camper, the CQC7 and a Spyderco Police model from the first production run of them back when they came out.

I was about retire it anyway. Still a good strong functioning knife, but was dirty with stripped screws and not much of the original blade left (almost a drop point after starting with a "tanto" shape).

It'd be nice to have it sitting around though.
