I still have my original SAK I got when I was in the Army about 30 years ago. I have lost it and found it again at least ten times over the years but have always found it. Last time it diss disappeared was four years before I moved and while I was unpacking my clo0thes after moving, it fell out of a pocket of a suit jacket I hadn't worn in a few years that I NEVER put anything in the pockets of. I also found my original CQC7 in a pair of boots that had been missing a couple years before I moved as well.

I admit I haven't read the last part of this so excuse me if it's been brought up...

Does anyone have opinions on the Microtech brand? I love the Out-The-Front double actions.

A knife baton. It's like something out of a comic book.

The story behind it is supposed to be it is designed to create the hardest wound shape to fix in the filed. Thereby making the stuckee bleed out super quick. Oh, and I THINK the whole thing is titanium.

They make an all stainless one for $750.00, I believe the Ti one is now about $1400.00.

It may be different now but a while ago I was watching reviews on those on YT and a seller told about who made them and on another knife related site, they were saying it was correct. Call SMKW and ask them if they are made by SureFire or someone else. They will kno9w for sure now. The thing I will add is everyone on the knife boards says they like their SF knife, but say it is overpriced for what you get since there are many other brands out there who specifically make knives and are better for the money. Pretty much everyone who reviews them says they were over priced but haven't had a problem.

I received a Buck Strider Tarani as a gift... What a beautiful, functional, solid knife... It is absolutely solid and the quality is amazing...
I need to find the cable for my camera rather than have you suffer with cell phone pics... I hope to get that found soon.

One of the best knifes I have owned... love it... and it is this threads fault.

    Particularly this video...

    <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/b6PdEguwTi4" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Mine is the combo blade with the partial serrations. I would have preferred the one in the video but I am delighted to own this one.

I can't get over how fast it opens, how smooth it transitions and how solid it locks open...
