G'day all, got sick of this wet weather we have been having up here in the Sunshine State, so me and a mate decided to go for a ride on the dirt squirts to fill in the day. I have not been on the 510 since about September so decided it was a good time to blow out the cobwebs from both the bike and myself. I had fitted new wheel bearings, chain, sprockets, chain guide rollers, brake pads etc, what better way to bed it all in than in mud and slop A few pics. Ktm 300EXC & Husky TE510 ready for action Some track Stink pipe pollution Plenty of water flowing on some of the tracks More stink pipe pollution Still pretty overcast, but not a drop of rain from the time we got on the bikes until we got home. Humid as buggery though. Top of a slippery mungrel hill to be greeted buy a mossy rock garden, nice. I flipped the hysky going up when i got traction on a step up and snapped off my rear brake lever. Was fun going down, didn't know my backside could get so tight. Pete having a break at the top of the hill. Train tracks on the way home.
