    Hi all,

A work colleague has somehow managed to lose the Micro SD card from her Aldi Go Cruise GPS.

The model is GPS-3506 [car GPS, not the bike one].

If anyone has one I would appreciate a copy of the files [in their respective folders] off the SD card.

I'm happy to meet someone in a suitable location, I will bring my laptop and appropriate bits to copy the files across to another SD card [coffee/beer is on me].

I tried copying the files off my old Go Cruise motorcycle GPS but that didn't work, there is quite an age difference between the two units.

I also tried copying the files off my Garmin as I read somewhere that Garmin maps can be loaded on the the Go Cruise.

Yet to retrieve my TomTom and try the files off that, but guessing it won't work.

I'm west of Sydney but happy to ride for a meet up somewhere.

PM me if you can help and we can work something out.

    Ock.

I've got a recent Go Cruise which I can retrieve from my Bega Valley property next week, I'm in Canberra though. Happy to work something out if nothing else surfaces by then.
I haven't backed mine up (as one is supposed to do) so I need to get a copy anyway. Direct peer-to-peer FTP may work if your ISP doesn't do a lottery with your IP address.
    Cheers.

Might be an option [assuming your GPS files work, but hey, it's worth a try].

I'm always looking for excuses to ride, haven't been down Canberra way for a while and have some mates on the way down that I might be able to hook up with.

    Will see what works out.

I have the GPS-4305, here, now.
    Don't know if that helps.
