Got a link, I just see a 64ST for $299???
No link with the $100 off sale price. It's in the "Black Friday Sale" flyer that came with our paper today. Here's regular price link: https://www.cabelas.ca/product/65921/garmin-gpsmap-64
For mounting a Montana, there’s no need to waste money on the Touratech mount. It requires the Amps Rugged Mount anyway, and the TT mount is superfluous.

Is it locking? Not that it stops thieves.
It is locking.
Well, sort of. It has a security screw, and when you tighten that it makes it difficult to remove the device. The mount includes a tool to tighten / loosen the security screw. Everyone gets the same tool. You can also use an industry standard T10 security bit available at your local hardware store / home depot / lowes. etc.
FYI, I'm not saying I'd put any faith in the TT mount. If you want to secure a Montana, take it with you.
