I know this has been covered ad nauseum here, but I can't seem to get a grasp on all the varying comments. I am new to GPS and am looking for mapping software to use with both an IPAQ PDA and a laptop. I am planning on getting a bluetooth GPS receiver (advice welcome here too), and using it with my IPAQ on my motorcycle and possiby with a laptop in the car. I would like good coverage down to dirt/very secondary roads/fire roads/etc., and also good autorouting with rerouting and a good way to select which type of roads to consider when autorouting. I only need US coverage right now, and any advice, or comments about other things to consider would be greatly appreicated. Thanks!
