A few pics from the race on Saturday.
Looks like the Southwind pizza place in Mathews, VA. My son and parents ate there last night. We love their pizza.
This ones a keeper!
She rides a sport bike better than most of the people here including myself. Hell she rides dirt better than most as well
Great pics Mike. You caught my head in the last photo (lower left, blue hat, blue shirt)
Had a good time at this race. My first time at a dirt track race. These guys (and girls) were flying. Average lap for the singles (crf, yz's, etc.) was just under 100 mph. They were going into turn 1 at 125 mph! The twins (Harley, triumph, ducati) were a touch faster with an average over 100 mph around the entire track.
If your heartbeat didn't get pumping listening and watching this race, then I'm sorry, you don't have one.
My kids loved it. The pit area was completely open to the public with access to all the bikes and all the racers. They all signed autographs. The most popular riders were the 2 girls and then the top point riders in each class.
Did you put her on my WR250R on Saturday? If the seat height is good, you/her can borrow it.
you can try my KLX out buddy, just put some new shoes on her. take her out anytime!
No but she sat on the CRF250L in the showroom. How do the two compare?
SWEET!! Ill hit you up next week on like Monday if thats ok. Maybe I can come pick it up and bring it back to you a few days later?
For those still contemplating the Shen 500, here is a look at the terrain from the cockpit of a 990 Adventure. I shot this a few weekends ago on a little solo moto-camping trip up there. I suck at video editing, so don't expect much in that department. 720p HD works best. Enjoy!

Dude! Nice vid! That road is so much fun to ride. Great song too.
CFR250L's seat height is 2 inches lower than the WR250R according to http://ultimatemotorcycling.com/2013-honda-crf250l-review/
