+1 for the HDB inserts as I said on the similar thread in thumpers....

I've had a little wear and tear over the years and sometimes the vibes on the 610 and the 950 would get to me. I added the Highway Dirtbikes anti-vibe insert and found that it made a difference, and of course still allows for the HDB guards :evil

try Cycra Pro-Bend barkbusters, or tighten your old ones...

my bike has fallen down more than Chevy Chase in nasty mountain action on my Cycra's and they haven't budged a millimeter- nevermind an inch!

I do have them......They rock! (except for the wedge style bar insert)

It was the cheap, aluminum inserts that would pull out or twist. I've slightly flared the end of a set of bars because of it. The aluminum of the insert was crushed and the bolt put all the pressure on one point inside the bar.

I now only use the threaded inserts by BRP: http://www.brpmoto.com/index.php?pa...=422&vmcchk=1&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=49

or the threaded anti-vibe inserts as mentioned above.

    All problems solved.

I determined I was just a wimp. The answer is to just ride more, throttle seams to cure most everything. I also think there also might be a direct relation to how much alcohol was consumed the night before:eek1
