    Click the link to see a great 360º picture of an EC-135 from the Spanish Guardia Civil de Montaña (Mountain rescue corps of one of the Police departments in Spain). All the pictures are great, but the helicopter one is on right column, fourth row. You can move through the picture also by clicking and moving the mouse. Spectacular.

    As the web is in Spanish, here you have some notes:
    "mostrar pantalla completa"= show fullscreen
    "alejar"= far
    "acercar"= near
    "arriba"= up
    "abajo" = down
    "izquierda" = left
    "derecha" = right

    My question is: What kind of camera did they use to take those pictures? No supports or cables are seen in the pictures...

    Regards

    Let my introduce myself, I'm Captain Procrastination.

    I'm painting green houses in those pictures. White paint in the early summer to keep them from getting too hot, and paint remover in the fall as the days get shorter.

    The Ranges we usually sprayed were anywhere from half an acre to over 100 acres. Some were glass and some were poly. It's a pretty neat operation to see. At the end of the growing season, the tomato plants are 60-80 feet long. :huh

    It's been training season. I've been spending my time with the engines off.

    A fence eh... Sounds small. I'll do it for free, you look after the over-spray. :deal

    Okay, time for a bump... Are there any good whirlybird pics that are nice and snowy from the great north? I figure you guys surely have some by now! Wasn't it one of you guys that was doing heli-skiing again this year?

    Sadly I have yet to figure out how to decode those on a regular basis. I guess you could say I'm still just an enthusiast. :D :lol3 But what little I think I understand... Youch

    Read 'Shit Weather'

    Then add very heavy groups and lots and lots of landings on tricky spots with little fuel.

    The good days are as good as it gets. The bad days are as bad as it gets. We're in a bit of a bad cycle right now.

    That's basically what I was reading into it. Goodness, some days I actively want to be a pilot... And other days I'm not so sure.... :lol3

    Dude, don't be jealous. It's like being a window washer at a brothel! I don't get to ski, I just get to watch other people ski.
