I've got my new Hyperpro rear spring on the shock, and back on the bike with the Ralle-Moto spacer.

Now I need to put the Hyperpro fork springs on. Searched, but couldn't find a "how to" thread. I've never used the tool to get whatever the 120mm gap is, and I haven't seen anyone do it, but it can't be *that* hard! Cyclegear has the tool on sale for 15% off. I'm leaving Thursday early am for a 4-day dual-sport ride, and I'd like to get this done *before*the trip.

    THANKS for any help!!!

The 120 mm figure is from the top where the large plug is seen when you are sitting on the bike-to the top of the oil a small ruler or a dowel cut an marked should do it for you. If you look for my thread on lowering a 09F800GS there is a bunch of helpful info supplied by the GRIZ. It was a big help when I did mine. And BTW if you loosen the top bolt holding the top of the forks that cap will come of much easier. Good luck, Gary http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=582350 I went and tried to bring it over for you, not sure if it will work.
