I'm in a bit of confusion. I currently own and use a Garmin Nuvi 1390 as my goto GPS for normal rides and trips, but I am planning on a trip with a group of friends in September to hit the UTBDR. I have a line on a Garmin GPS60 that is in great condition, but I am hearing through the grapevine that the internal memory is too small to accept any real quantity of maps needed for this trip. Is this true or would I be fine using the GPS60 and obviously paper maps for this trip? The price of the 60 is great and its kinda falling into my lap, but if its not usable then I'll pass on the deal.

    HELP ME PLEASE!!!

FYI, the GPS 60 does not support loading maps at all. It can only store POIs and keep a track log.

I would not go with anything lower than 60/76Cx (worth <$100).

Old 60 is worth about $25 if that.
