Always wanted to do some kayaking in costa rica. The riding has to be great as well. How long are you planning to be away? Or is this gonna be an open ended trip?

Went in '08, did close to a week on the Caribbean side, then up to the north to the volcanic area,Arenal, then to the pacific side for about a week. Samara and area on the west coast I liked, then went further south on west coast. Didn't care for Jaco, and MA was a little touristy, but Dominical and surrounding area I liked.

Rented from www.mototourscostarica.com KTM 690-only rented for a couple days on the Pacific side, but it was great!
    I'm ready to go back!
