Larry, you have me confused with Brewtus. Brewtus built up a tlr to compete with me in our vintage class. I have seen the TL`s since they started. I had the first TL250 in NM back in the day. Worst trials bike I ever had, but I loved the damn thing!
I ride a little Montesa cota 200, it matches my ability quite well. We compete in the newly formed Mountain West vintage. A guy from colorado rides a nicely done tl125. It`s bumped up to a 180. Here`s a link. He`s in picture 3. http://mtwestvintagetrials.org/?doing_wp_cron=1363781884.4297280311584472656250

nice website, I had a buddy in the 80s that rode a TL125 stocker,(im trying to buy it now!) and none of us on enduros could keep up with him riding on the river trails around Dodge City Kansas. His name was Carry Winfrey and he introduced trials to me when i was young.. I love it still and am working on my BUCKET LIST:wink:
