That's the little bastard that got me into this!
That innocent looking little bike got me hooked in one day...you know the way it goes... yer cousins get one and bring it to the family reunion...go ahead, just try it. The first hit is free, kid... now its forty five years and who knows how many tens of thousandsa dollerz later and I just can't shake the monkey. Damn you Soichiro Honda for doing this to so many innocent young children!
(psst...hey RR. Can I get just one little ride, huh? Just one won't hurt me will it?)

A little bike just like that (but red) is what got my attention, but my cousin would only ride me on the back of it :cry
A couple years later another cousin let me ride his Trail 90..............that was it, I HAD to have a bike.

I just got the 50 fired up last weekend after sitting in my shed (the one behind it in the picture) for the last 4/5 years. The last time it ran was 2 years ago, and she fired up after about 7 kicks..............come on over you you can have a hit...........huh, I mean ride :norton

Also replaced the bungee cords with fastners.....................my brother, easier to use a bungee, then find a nut or bolt :rolleyes

Anyone looking for a new sig line? :rofl

This no-riding crap has my head all flupped up.
I'm beginning to think like NORMAL people.....

Worked on the bike Sat/Sun in my 33 degree garage,
but Mon/Tue never saw even 30 degrees, enough is enough.
Got the rear plastics all sorted with taillights and blinkers,
handlebars, light switches and steering stabilizer brackets.
Now I'm working on all fresh brake lines now to replace my not-working-for-two-years ABS system.

Will be ready to ride East this February on some sunny cold day.
    Feb 6, a Wednesday is BD # 49 :cry.
I think I'll shoot for that day.

Told my boss today that I was offered another job and I'd most likely be quitting soon

He asked "you going to give us notice?"

Back of my mind I was thinking about last year, I was on my way to work when they called and gave me notice that I was laid off :ddog

I can one-up you on that.

How's this for a Bump? I punched in, worked all day, called from my last stop, and was told, "Take your freight to PIE, and leave it there, trailer and all. We are out of business. Don't come in tomorrow."

And, no I didn't get paid. But, they did give me a $12,000 hand truck. :D
