    well the cast is off and I've graduated to an adjustable brace for the next 6 weeks. they will give me a bit more movement every 2 weeks to get the flexability into the joint. then we start working on the rotation side of things.

    Ouch mate that elbow looks painful! I went flying the other day but thankfully didn't break anything (got some nice purple bits though). Glad to hear the surgery went ok and I hope you have a quick recovery!

    Thanks mate. Glad you didnt do any damage to yourself. I have photos of the bruises and surgeons handy work but not intending on posting them here. :puke1

    Hopefully i'll have the brace off around new year.
