:baldy And then they give links to the other sites. Less time to go make stuff.Sorry I tend to get lost looking at stuff like that.:D But then I see some that we already have.....!:clap

OK then I'll send that link to my friends....then we can discuss the tools later, they may have time.:clap

In the meantime I should get off here and go make one of them, I may just have all the bits....:

    Hi Guys,

Ken from HomemadeTools.net here. We appreciate the creativity and ingenious solutions found everywhere builders of homemade tools congregate.

If there's anything you'd like to see featured on our site, just say the word. As a rider myself (and currently finishing the restoration of a '69 Triumph Bonneville), I'm always on the lookout for great bike-related tools.

    Hey Guys,

I really appreciate the kind words. :1drink

With my '69 Bonneville almost done, I'm keeping my eyes open for a '38 Speed Twin project. Any leads gratefully accepted... :D

I see my old bike stand made it. :D I think I have a blue-print for it over at KLR650.net.

Lets see if we can get our numbers up a bit.

Here is a drawer full of junk I've made for mechanical work, most of them are for motorcycles:
Starting at the bottom: spoke wrench (parkerized tool steel w/ oak handle), t-wrench for shock seal head, KLR flywheel removal tool.
Starting mid left to right: fork tool, KLR flywheel wrench, Honda carb adjustment tool, clutch holder, the big socket is a Honda swingarm tool.

Extra points if you can guess the 3 items at the far end of the drawer, and the 2 other non-moto tools.

    :D
