So damn torn. I'd love a Grom or a Z. A local shop has the Z125 listed on CycleTrader for $2799. That's really tempting.

Granted it's only $200 over the regular version, do you really need ABS on a 125 cc?

Yes, I crashed on a CB125 in Minnesota going 5 mph to the bathroom. Unseen gravel, half asleep still, wanting breakfast, wanting to get out of the USA before something stupid happened. It did.

I don't know about y'all's area but where I live the GROM is sold out. All dealers are eagerly awaiting 2018 models. The 2018 base model is $50 more than the 2017.

Honda Thailand offers some interesting colors. Ebay will also provide you with all kinds of colored parts. I like the blue color scheme.

Search and Rescue told me the hot pink is easiest to see in a ditch. So forget about your silly lime green jackets and go pink.

I gassed up the little beast today and I got 109 mpg! Not bad considering it only has about 320 miles so it's not broken in just yet. Gas is really cheap in San Antonio and I paid $1.95 for my gallon of gas.

    You bastard, you!

I just paid $1.169 per litre in Canadian dollars which converts to about $3.61 US dollar US gallon. And that is probably cheap compared to Europe and elsewhere.

$0.65 Canadian per litre, send us some to the north please. Or about half price. Send us some more please.

Where you live really makes a difference. We were paying between $3.00 and $3.30 in San Francisco. Still not quite your $3.61 but getting closer.

So I guess someone felt like moving my GROM thread to another forum. I think the GROM has its place here just as much as the Kymco Spade.

I don't really get it. May be some whiner complained.

Ugh the Canadian Grom doesn't get the new ABS option the American Groms do.

The Canadian CRF250 Rally also does not get the American ABS option.

I guess we are a small market and have to use up the old stock first.

Which is odd because for a few years the CB300F was ABS only in Canada (still is) and not available at all with ABS in the USA (it's an option now). The CB500F is also ABS only in Canada while ABS was always optional in the USA.

So to not have ABS on the CRF250 Rally and Grom as even an option in Canada just sounds like a weird marketing decision.

The whole who gets ABS and who doesn't Is strange.

That said I wouldn't let abs stop me from buying the Grom.
It's a great bike all around and ya gotta have the fun while you can.

I ride rain or shine. I've gone down twice in single vehicle low speed accidents locking up brakes. ABS is almost non-negotiable to me.

Yeah, I rode my Honda Forza 300 down a ski hill gravel road today. A locked up front wheel could have caused problems but I think the ABS kicked in a few times.

I went looking for fish sex today but there was none. I went up to the ski hill instead.

With a 250 or 300cc engine available in addition to the standard 125cc.
Holy shit that would be hilarious...I'd fang up every dirt road and bit of single track I could find on that little bastard!

I love my '14. It's the perfect bike for my 10 mile commute and I've been out 100 miles on it. 11 other bikes in the garage but the grom gets the most frequent use.
