I've been looking for a Honda TLR200 to use as a trail bike for quite while. Scored big time today. Bought a 1986, with a clear title and only 361 miles!

Does anyone have an idea where I might find a luggage rack for one of these? Or know of one from another bike which I might modify to work?

You`re post about a manual went to the basement.(ADVR HELL) Never could find one. Clymer M318-4 is the only thing I know of. Besides you really don`t need one unless you break a kick start spring!

I special ordered a reprint of the manual from Honda for mine a number of years ago. You might want to check with your local dealer and see if this option still exists. As far as the luggage rack goes, well....I.....don't know, since it is usually removed for Trials competition. FleaBay may be your best bet here. :D

Mine actually looks nicer than this one and was a fair bit less. I'll start looking for a manual on Ebay.

Racks are comically easy to build, provided you're ok with steel. I have done 10 or 12, for a variety of bikes. Our local welding shop does a pretty good business along the same lines. Cromoly is great, but mild steel is cheap and works really well. I am sure you could bribe a local inmate to fab you up one.
